Thank you So Berry Much

It's really nice when you can count on people to be nice to you and do a nice gesture. I was in bad need of new Eye Glasses and went to a new eye Dr. Office in my new town. They treated me very kindly there and spent time with me looking at frames. The cost was going to be allot at the eye Dr. Office so I look on line because I really wanted these glasses bad. I had been looking everywhere. Well when you by on line they still need measurement that only the Dr. office can measure and give you on that pair of glasses. Any way the Dr. Office called me back in to do the measurement that the on line pace requested from them. They were very nice about it and the girl that had been helping me told me to come back to get them fitted.
In today's society that doesn't happen much. So in gesture of a good dead I in return made this cute card box with 3 x3 thank you cards in it and gave to the gal that was helping me. I hope you enjoy my design as it was lots of fun to create. The gal I gave it to was so thankful and said that was so nice of me and that I didn't need to do that. Our world would be a better place if we all showed more gratitude and kindness.

Did You Say Baby BOY

We are having Boys born into the family. I don't know if you saw my pic of the new grand baby. It is so cute and I have been busy making baby shower invites for my daughter last month and now my daughter in law this month. She is also having a baby boy. When making lots of invites you need to get organized and stamp all of one thing and cut all pieces etc. Then assembly is last. I first try and make a Porto type so I know how I want it.

I made 27 of these invites. Even though you get a process going on it take a bit to make that many. Especially if you get very detailed. I cut out the top note die and then stamp the star image from darling dots. The buggy is a cute set form Unity Stamp Co. It has the stars on it so that why I went with the cute star theme. Don't you just love how they turned out. I hope my daughter in law likes them.

Well here is a picture of my daughter new baby born Monday night around seven. He is such a sweetie. Grandma took the grand kids for a sleep over at grandma house for two night. They went home Wednesday and was excited to go be with there new baby brother. I have to give credit for the pic taken by Suzie at DARYZE Blog she is a photographer like my daughter and is my daughters friend. More beautiful pictures there. Is he not a doll!!!!

Are you ready to celebrate the 4 Th. I just love all the fun decoration that you see on the fourth. Red,White and Blue is so fun. We just got a big Flag pole to put in our front yard. That will hope our big red, white and blue flag. I remember always going to our city park as a little girl and they would have concession there. The rides and food were so much fun along with the parade. My day will be spent home this year relaxing.
My card was made for my Sweet Sketch Wednesday Site. I hope you take a look at all the design teams cards. We thought it would be a fun way to celebrate the fourth. Although my card is not the traditional red white and blue. I thought it turned out darling. I went with my patriotic paper that I had . That determined my colors.
