So Many Sweet Cards

I decided to create 3 cards this week for my Sweet Sketch Wednesday blog. Two of the cards are for invites. The train invites are made from Joni's digis at Inktegrity. I really had alot of fun with his train set. Joni has the cutest images.

Then my other invites are made from Unity stamps. Can you believe I'm crazyenough to make 50? My daughter in law and I will be finishing them today. My original card was drinched with water. How sad!!! So you get the watered down version until I get a new one made.

The last card was made for my darling grandaughter. She is just so sweet. It was made for her birthday. I have three grandaughter all about the same age.

For the month of October I am the Guest Designer for My Cute Stamps.  A special thanks to Holly for choosing me.  I am so excited.   Her stamps are just so sweet and adorable.  To kick off my first week, I decided to create one card with My Cute Stamps I had so much fun creating this card for my granddaughter who is four.  She was so excited  and said "Oh, Grandma made such a pretty special card just for me!"

Well if you like my cards, you definitely will want to run over to Sweet Sketch Wednesday and  see what the Design Team has created. So many sweet designs and so much fun. I hope you check out my site and also play along as I would love to be inspired by your designs too.

Do the Hula!

I was so excited to be able to use Dustin Pike's images for my Sweet Sketch Wednesday. I hope you will go over and check out my sketch site. Dustin's digis are at DoodleDragonStudios. You will find such a fun variety of digis there. I had so much fun creating these cards with his images.

If you play along this week, you have a chance to be the weekly winner and choose three images from DoodleDragonStudios.com.

Today at the last minute I still needed to make my hula card. Boy, was I doing the hula while making this card. I had so much fun creating this card and really got into the hula mood.

Can you believe I colored in 18 birthday monkey invites? Wooh, I'm glad they're done!!!

Can you believe I cut out 19 monkeys all together? I'm so glad they're done.

All the monkeys were first printed on white paper. Then I printed the hula monkey and the birthday monkey on a lighter brown paper. Then they were glued down to the white paper after all the brown images were colored with copics. The hula monkey has crystal effects on the coconut, bracelets and on the center of the flower. Then I added those lovely rhinestones.

I hope my Hula card puts you in a happy frame of mind. I hope you have such a sweet week and remember to Do the Hula!

Boo! Did I Scare You?

What a crazy week it has been for me! As many of you know I have not been feeling very well. I have had several things going on and have been to the doctors several times. Today I had a scan for my sinus. I am hoping to feel better soon. I am also starting a new med for my fibromyalgia. I have had this since 1975 and was one of the first 5 people in Utah to be diagnosed with it. I have never taken any meds for this ever before.... just dealt with the problems. So it will be interesting to see if it will help. To top it off my computer had a bad virus on it today. I spent all night on my computer trying to fix it so we could have the Sweet Sketch Wednesday. So sorry for being late in getting it posted. I didn't want to let anyone down.

This week at Sweet Sketch Wednesday our sponsor is The Cutting Café. Regina sure has some fun digis you can buy. But if you play my sketch you have a chance to win three sets of your choice at The Cutting Café. It was fun to create with Regina’s images. My first card was made with Regina’s cat and her boo. I loved how it turned out. Then my second card was made with Studio G Halloween stamps. It was so fun to put this all together. I hope you will go check all the design team out at Sweet Sketch Wednesday. We have some fun cards this week.

Thanks for visiting my blog and for all the sweet comments. Hope you have a very sweet day.

Sweetest Flower . . .

Don't you just love the smell of Hawaiian Flowers. I have had that opportunity several times in my life. They are so fragrant and so pretty. My brother came to visit me a few months back and brought me a gorgeous lei. I was so honored and lucky to get this beautiful lei.

I picked out this sweet Hawaiian digi for this weeks sketch at my Sweet Sketch Wednesday site. I hope you go over and check out all the fun cards my design team has made. This week Digi Shack is our sponsor. Toni has such wonderful designs and will be giving away some images for the prize. How sweet is that!

Thanks for all the well wishes while I have been sick. I'm starting to feel a bit better now but I still have allergies. I can't wait until it all gones away. I appreciate all the sweet comments left on my blog. Hope your day is filled with sweetness!

Why Don't You Just Bug on Over--

To Sweet Sketch Wednesday that is. This week I have finally managed to round up some sponsors for my Sweet Sketch Wednesday site. WOO HOO! How fun is that! My design team had a blast. As you can see so did I. This week's sponsor is Inktegrity By Joni Wilson. I used the Love Bug from Joni's collection. I was in love the minute my eyes saw that image when it came out. As some of you may know I actually own a red love bug!!!. So my interpretation of it was with darling flowers all over the bug. I may some day do that to my bug. Don't you just think its Groovy!!!

My second creation was made with My Cute Stamps By Holly Brooks. I just bought a few of those stamps and I really do love them. This set was called Spunky Nature. You will be seeing a lot of her images on my blog. I was also chosen to be the Guest Designer in October Woo Hoo! I am so excited.

Well, there you have it. I have two fun cards in one day. Hope you will have a sweet day and I sure do love all those fun comments.
